Step 1. Place your order
Once you like something and wish to make a purchase,
1) Simply drop us an email at divalavie@gmail.com with the item number and name. Please note that deadbuyers will be blacklisted!
2) We will send you an invoice within 24 hours if the item you're interested in is still available.
Step 2. Make payment easily
Once we've sent you an invoice, your item will be reserved for 24 hours. Payment must be in within that timeframe, you can pay either through
1) POSB/UOB Funds Transfer - Internet Banking preferred & strongly encouraged :) or
2) Interbank Transfer or
3) Paypal funds Transfer or
3) Credit Card Transfer (Paypal) (3.4% + SGD$0.50 fee on purchaser)
Inform us of your Transaction details (transaction ID, time, amount of transfer, snapshot, etc). DIVALAVIE reserve all rights to reject any payments not received on our end. No refunds will be made as well.Items not paid for within the reservation period will be released for sale, without notification.
Malaysian Customers are charged a flat SGD$2 additional shipping charge per item, via Singpost overseas mailing service. We ship to west/east Malaysia, Australia and most Countries Worldwide. :) Shipping charges are calculated based on the your orders' total weight, using the Postal Calculator here. The approximate weight of each dress is at 400 grammes.
Step 3. Receive your goods!
Upon receiving your payment, your item will be mailed within 3 working days (Usually the next working day).
Prices are inclusive of FREE normal mailing via Singpost.
If you wish to opt for registered services, please add $2.50 on top of the listed item price.

SIZING
Our Sizing charts are based on measuring the individual dresses on one side, laying them flat. All measurements are in inches. If you are a waist 26 for example, corresponding waist size figures to purchase would be 13 or above.

- DIVALAVIE will check every item for defect before mailing.
- DIVALAVIE will not be responsible for item(s) damaged during delivery. If unfortunately, we overlooked and there is a manufacture defect, exchanges will be available subject to item availability.
- If the item received is defected, please email us at divalavie@gmail.com with a picture of the defected item.
